Solar Panel (PV) Rebate
This incentive of $1,400 is for owner occupied properties. We will claim the rebate on your behalf and this will be deducted from the cost of your overall system and installation. To further reduce costs, an interest free loan of $1,400 is also available and is required to be paid back over 4 years.
To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:
- Be the owner occupier of the property
- All owners have a combined household taxable income of less than $210,000
- The property is existing and valued at under $3 million

Solar Battery Loan
An Interest Free Loan of up to $8,800 is currently on offer from Solar Victoria to assist with the purchase of a battery for your home.
To be eligible you must meet the following criteria:
- The property address has not previously received a solar battery rebate or loan.
- You are an owner occupier of the property
- All owners have a combined household taxable income of less than $210,000
- The property is existing and valued at under $3 million
- The proposed battery is less than 6kWh

Solar for Rental Properties
A rebate of up to $1,400 is available for rental properties, subject to a Solar Homes Landlord Tenant Agreement being signed. An interest free loan is also available to landlords and the tenant will contribute to the cost of the system.
